Hasata Horasan Coarse Bulgur is produced from Ancient Khorasan Wheat, whose origin dates back 4,000 years. The origin of Khorasan Wheat is based on the "Fertile Crescent" region, which includes the southeast of our country and where the world's first farming societies emerged. Bulgur produced from Khorasan Wheat, which has managed to reach today by preserving its nutritional value and taste, also contains 30% more protein and is a source of phosphorus, magnesium and fiber.
By dint of its ziplocked package suitable for open-close use, it does not spill around when opening or using, it can be stored in its own package until the recommended consumption date, there is no need to transfer it to a jar.
Hasata Horasan Coarse Bulgur are subjected to Controlled Atmosphere Technology, which is a completely natural method, before packaging to prevent moth infestation. This process is based on keeping the product in conditions with regulated oxygen ratio before packaging.
